definitions

In the following terms and conditions 'Seller' refers to Branded Traffic Cones Ltd and 'Buyer' refers to the individual or organisation buying or agreeing to buy goods from the seller.

payment

The method of payment shall be agreed between the Buyer and the Seller prior to the order being processed. This will be by bank transfer or bank cheque or may be, in the case of larger orders, and subject to satisfactory references, by invoice, in which event payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

If any sum owed by the Buyer to the Seller should be overdue for payment the Seller may withhold any goods due for despatch to the Buyer under any contract without prejudice to the Seller’s rights and the Buyer’s liability under such contract. The Seller reserves the right to charge interest on any amounts overdue for payment. On all payments made by bank transfer the Buyer will be liable for their own bank charges.

All queries relating to an invoice must be notified within 14 days of date of invoice. If the Buyer does not adhere to this request the invoice must be settled in full as per the payment terms.

The Seller reserves the right to take legal action if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date. All legal and debt recovery costs, late payment fees and interest charges incurred by the Seller will be passed onto the Buyer.

Value Added Tax is not currently charged on our products.

orders

We endeavour to deliver all orders quickly and in full. Short deliveries and damages must be notified to us within three days of receipt of order. We will of course refund or replace damaged products in accordance with your statutory rights. Our returns department must be notified before goods are returned. Where goods are claimed to be defective or not as ordered we may ask for photographic evidence via email.
