FAQs

Do your products comply with safety regulations?

Yes. Our traffic cones are exactingly manufatured to BSI EN13422:2004+A1:2009. In addition, whereas standard cone sleeves have a reflectivity of 70 luminance at 12 degrees, our superior grade 3M prismatic sleeves have a reflectivity of 935 luminance at 12 degrees. This ensures that our cones have an unmissable, full-width appearance, day and night. 

 

how durable are your cones?

Extremely. Our branded traffic cones are manufactured to a very high specification and they are designed to withstand adversity and keep looking good, whatever the weather. As an example, whilst the red and green cones pictured left were new, the blue cones had been outdoors continuously for over 18 months when these pictures were taken. Our cones are of a very different and more robust construction than standard traffic cones. By being made of heavy-duty PVC they don't crack or split when impacted by a vehicle, but instead they return to their correct shape without ill-effect. 

 

How quickly will you process my order?

As quickly as possible. We will send you a mock-up of your branded cone within one working day of your enquiry. Once you have approved your artwork and we have agreed a payment method we will then initiate your order and pass your logo to our print department. Three working days later and your order is sent via next-day delivery. 

 

What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

Our customers express themselves extremely happy with our level of service, and we will do everything we can to keep it that way. So, if you are not happy with any aspect of our service or your order, we will do everything we can to put things right.

 

If I order further cones, will they match the Branded Traffic Cones I already have?

As far as humanly possible, yes. We keep your original artwork on file, and we photograph a cone from each batch before it leaves us as a further assurance of quality and consistency. Our print and vinyl cutting processes are very closely monitored for consistency, and our cones and conebars are made to exacting specifications.
